Fully Booked (formerly Oliphant Author Services) is the trading name of Lisa Firth, a UK-based graphic designer, author and copy editor. Lisa started out as a copy editor on leaving university, before later branching out into graphic and web design. She has been providing design and editorial services to both publishers and authors for over a decade. A published author herself, she has a genuine understanding of how important it is to have a book cover that will truly reflect your story and have commercial appeal to readers.

Lisa was the recipient of the Romantic Novelists’ Association’s Named Cover Designer of the Year Award 2021.
